2nd Annual Turkey Pull
We are pleased to announce The Strength Co. will be hosting our second ever deadlift event in November!
Rather then run a 5k to earn your thanksgiving dinner, see what you can deadlift!
This event is open to both in-person and online participants.

Thanksgiving Tamales will be served after competition and a portion of the proceeds are donated to the Semper Fi & America’s Fund

In-Person and Online Registration
In Person Participants will receive a T-Shirt and enjoy Tamales after the competition.
For In-Person Lifters at the Newport Aquatic Center:
November 18th
Warmups begin at 9am
Lifting starts at 10am
For Online Lifters, submissions can be entered from the 19-26th of November:
All online participants will receive a t-shirt and be entered for 3 prizes. You must sign up to be eligible for prizes.
Winners will be selected at random for:
1 Pair of Iron 45s
1 Pair of Iron 35s
1 Pair of Rubber 25s

Competition Rules:
All lifters must wear long socks or sweats
Maximum of 3 attempts per lifter
Coaches will be present to help select attempts
Straps are allowed
Criteria for a completed lift:
Hips and knees are fully extended and shoulders are back in the lockout position
Must return the bar to the floor while maintaining control with both hands
