Recently attended a Starting Strength squat and deadlift training camp here. Grant and Connor were great instructors, very knowledgeable and I appreciated how they really took the time to coach the movements. The gym was nice too, clean and efficient. Highly recommended!

A-1 instruction, if you live near this gym it’s a no brainer, just flew down from norcal with my buddy just to attend a seminar by Grant and Connor and it was a privilege to learn from legit masters.

I worked with Brad on an initial class to get me comfortable with the program, how to do all the necessary lifts and then go over future programming. He was excellent at teaching the lifts, extremely knowledgeable about the starting strength program and made me feel welcome to the gym. I look forward to working with Brad and The Strength Co. for a long time to come.

I am over 65 and starting barbell training over 4 years ago at the recommendation of a close friend. I took a two hour Intro to Barbells session from Coach Brad. Best money I ever spent and I would recommend anyone serious about training to do the same.

If you want to get stronger in a methodical, science based and safe way, this is the gym to join. My husband and I have been a member for a month now and after having a wonderful experience, have decided to continue for a second month. In a short time we’ve hit PR’s that I never thought possible.

If you want to get strong or stronger, this is your place. Top notch gym and instruction. I did a Starting Strength day camp with Grant & Brad. It was also great how they talked about the why (enjoying life while getting older) and the what (importance of sleep, rest, and nutrition) not just the how (proper form and program for squats and deadlifts).
